After an initial scoping call to determine the causes and consequences of your issues, we’ll explain our initial prognosis and arrange for your code to be transferred over to us to begin a code review.
Our Project Team then combine their expertise to scrutinise the system - our Senior Backend Developers will look at the architecture, backend functionality, security and underlying technology, whilst our Front End UX/UI Developers will analyse the code, styles and usability. Our QA Lead will then evaluate the overall quality and standard of the system and record any bugs and glitches.
This combined feedback forms the basis of a Rescue Plan that will save your system.
This plan will include a number of ‘must-haves’ that will restore your software to a minimum viable product (MVP) state. These immediate updates ensure your system is solid, safe and secure, providing a workable foundation while we explore and agree further necessary upgrades to bring your software back up to standard.
